Soul Pup Training is a positive reinforcement and problem solving based animal training company that works with you and your CAT, DOG, or HORSE to enhance communication in everyday situations through proven scientific methods.
We never use aversive or outdated training tools to achieve “quick fix” solutions due to the long term damage this can have on you and your animal’s relationship.
Our Services
Our expert trainers will come directly to you to work on behavioral concerns as well as basic manners depending on your custom needs!
Due to the flexible nature of these sessions, we can also train in multiple different spaces such as dog friendly stores or outside dog parks.
Sessions are an hour long and include emailed homework with each session to help with consistency at home.

Pet Sitting Services
Soul Pup Trainers will come provide pet sitting and house sitting services combined while you are out of town. Available by advanced reservation only on a first come first served basis.

Horse Training and Behavior Modification
Our expert trainers are available by appointment to work with you and your horse in our offered in-person, Zoom, and phone consultations. Sessions include emailed homework to help with consistency at home.
We do not do training for competitions, our training is focused on building a bond with your horse as well as enhancing communication.
Custom Group Classes
Our expert trainers are available in a variety of different real world spaces to practice skills learned in private training as a group!

Presentation Opportunities
Certified staff will come give animal based educational presentations at various location in the spirit of promoting general animal handling and training awareness!

Soul Pup Training
Soul Pup Training was inspired by my border collie mix and real life soul puppy, Bing!
Bing has been right there beside me through thick and thin and I could not image a life without her in it. Sadly, she crossed the rainbow bridge in the summer of 2024 and left this business to be led by her immortal legacy.
After adopting her from the Dumb Friends League in Denver back in 2009, she had provided me with unconditional love and an education that I never expected. Through her warmth, forgiveness, patience, and adventurous nature during my college years, I learned to be a more compassionate dog owner and a more psychology based dog trainer. After college I was considering what I wanted to do with my life and it struck me that working with animals was my true calling.
From there I have spent the last six years of my life learning, growing, and educating myself as much as possible in the current positive reinforcement methods for animal training. This business is a living embodiment of my desire and passion to help people connect with their dogs as much as I have with mine.
